Shipping

We aim to get every order dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is free on UK orders over £25 — anything under that has a delivery charge applied at checkout.

Every order goes out in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate what's inside. As with all age-restricted products, ID may be required on delivery, or age verification may be required at checkout depending on how you're ordering.

How Do I Return Something?

You've got 30 days from delivery to send something back — plenty of time if a late-night order doesn't turn out how you pictured it.

To qualify for a return, the item needs to be unused and in the same condition it arrived in. Any hardware must go back in its original packaging, including the outer sleeve — that's where the serial number lives, and we can't process a hardware return without it. Any free gifts or samples that came with your order are yours to keep either way.

Start by emailing returns@zombievapes.co.uk with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return and why. We'll come back to you with next steps once the return's been approved. When you send items back, package them well enough that they won't get knocked about in transit.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, a handful of product types can't be returned once opened or used:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Tanks, atomisers or pods that have had liquid in them, been used, or been taken out of their sealed packaging
  • Vape kits that have been filled with e-liquid or used
  • Drip tips / mouthpieces
  • Opened coils or pods

Faulty or Defective Products

Got a problem with something you've bought? Get in touch and we'll sort it out. Hang onto the original packaging if you can — the batch information on it helps us investigate with the manufacturer if needed.

Exchanges

Need something different instead? The fastest route is to place a new order for what you actually want, then get in touch with us about returning the original unused item for a refund. That way the right item is already on its way to you, and your refund goes through as soon as the original's back with us — rather than waiting on a swap to be processed first.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the item's value (not including the original delivery charge) back to whatever payment method you used. It can take a few days for the money to actually land back in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

Nothing showed up after 7 working days? First, drop us a message so we can confirm whether your return's arrived and whether the refund's been processed on our end. If it has, the delay is usually on your bank or card provider's side — it can take a little while for a refund to officially post to your account. Still nothing after that? Contact us and we'll dig into it further.

Sale or Clearance Items

Only full-price items are eligible for a refund — items bought in a sale or clearance can't be returned.
