The Z Coils use a push-fit design rather than screwing into the tank base — align the two metal tabs with the tank's cutouts and it clicks straight in, no threading required. Most compatible tanks include a coil-removal tool to make swapping even easier. Made from KA1 Kanthal, the XM coil range offers roughly double the lifespan of standard coils alongside big clouds and deep flavour, while the Boost Version options add improved heat efficiency and steadier vapour release. Note these do NOT fit the Z Max Tank (which uses M Series coils) or the Z Nano 2 Tank (which uses B Series coils) — they're specifically for the Z Sub Ohm Tank and Z Sub Ohm Tank 5.

- 2Remove the used coil.
- 3Press the new coil firmly into the empty chamber.
- 4Screw the tank base back into place.
- 5Fill with e-liquid and leave a few minutes before vaping to let the coil saturate.
